Vedavaag Systems' board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified (clean) audit opinion from PARY & Co. Standalone FY25 revenue rose about 18% to Rs 7,264.38 lakhs and PAT grew nearly 12% to Rs 674.77 lakhs (EPS Rs 2.91 vs Rs 2.63). Consolidated results were stronger on the top line, with revenue up about 22% to Rs 10,593.04 lakhs and PAT up about 7% to Rs 841.32 lakhs. However, Q4 standalone PAT fell roughly 51% year-on-year to Rs 104.24 lakhs, and operating cash flow collapsed to just Rs 5.21 lakhs (standalone) from Rs 1,571.93 lakhs a year ago, even as total expenses climbed. The board also appointed VCSR & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years and reappointed Naga Chaitanya & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY26, and noted no default on loans or debt securities.
The clean audit and topline growth are positives, but the sharp Q4 profit decline and nearly flat operating cash flow despite higher revenue raise concerns about working capital efficiency and may weigh on near-term sentiment, while auditor continuity supports governance.
