Veedol Corporation (formerly Tide Water Oil Co.) reported standalone PAT of Rs. 135.16 crores, up 8.2% from Rs. 124.88 crores in FY25. Consolidated PAT grew 13.5% to Rs. 191.62 crores from Rs. 168.75 crores. Consolidated revenue rose 10% to Rs. 2,168.54 crores. The Board recommended a dividend of 1100% (Rs. 22 per share) worth Rs. 38.33 crores. Management change occurred with MD Arijit Basu resigning effective May 31, 2026, replaced by former MD Rajendra Nath Ghosal. The company received an unmodified (clean) audit opinion. An insurance claim of Rs. 6.56 crores for fire damage at a third-party depot was repudiated post-year-end.
Strong financial performance with double-digit PAT growth on consolidated basis and a generous dividend payout signals positive shareholder returns. The management transition and repudiated insurance claim are minor concerns but do not materially impact the financial health shown by robust cash flows and earnings growth.
