VeeFin Solutions has received BSE in-principle approval to migrate its shares from the BSE SME Platform to the BSE Mainboard. The approval was granted on September 11, 2026 and is valid for 45 days. The company now needs to complete final formalities including a listing application, information memorandum, and listing agreement before trading starts on the Mainboard. Once migrated, full SEBI listing norms including corporate governance rules will apply.
Progress toward a Mainboard listing may improve visibility and liquidity, but full SEBI compliance obligations will now apply.
