Veefin Solutions has initiated the process to migrate its equity shares from the BSE SME Platform to the BSE Main Board and has proposed a direct listing on the NSE Main Board. The company submitted its Information Memorandum on September 8, 2026, covering 2,55,39,417 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each. No new shares will be issued through this process. The move is subject to regulatory and exchange approvals. Veefin has been listed on BSE SME since July 2023.
Existing shareholders may benefit from wider investor reach and improved liquidity once listed on main board exchanges.
