Veer Global Infraconstruction's board, meeting on November 14, 2025, approved its unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 along with the limited review report. Revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 157.46 lakhs in Q2 FY26, down from Rs 306.62 lakhs in Q2 FY25 (about a 49% drop). For the half year, revenue declined to Rs 276.86 lakhs from Rs 509.40 lakhs in H1 FY25 (around 46% lower). Net profit also slipped to Rs 68.63 lakhs in Q2 FY26 versus Rs 120.70 lakhs last year, and to Rs 101.09 lakhs for H1 FY26 versus Rs 172.01 lakhs. The company continued to post negative operating cash flow of Rs -63.08 lakhs for H1 FY26. The board also reviewed committee reports and discussed future business proposals.
Both top-line and bottom-line have shrunk meaningfully versus the year-ago period, signalling a weak quarter for shareholders. Persistent negative operating cash flow remains a concern, though borrowings declined (Rs 1,682 lakhs to Rs 649 lakhs) which slightly eases balance sheet pressure.
