Operating cash flow remained negative at Rs -63.08 lakhs in H1 FY26, and cash and cash equivalents on the balance sheet stood at a very low Rs 2.58 lakhs as of 30 Sept 2025. Borrowings dropped sharply from Rs 1,682.22 lakhs to Rs 649.43 lakhs. The statutory auditor (Bansilal Shah & Company) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
The steep revenue contraction and continued negative operating cash flow point to significant operational slowdown, which is negative for the stock despite still-positive profits. The near-empty cash balance also raises short-term liquidity concerns for shareholders.
