Venkys (India) Limited reported FY2026 revenue of Rs 3,72,732 lakhs, up ~12.7% from Rs 3,30,699 lakhs in FY2025. However, profit after tax declined sharply to Rs 13,925 lakhs from Rs 17,662 lakhs (down ~21%), as expenses grew nearly in line with revenue. Q4 FY26 showed strong sequential recovery with PAT of Rs 10,137 lakhs vs Rs 1,330 lakhs in Q4 FY25. All three segments (Poultry, Animal Health, Oilseed) reported improved performance. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 10 per share (100%). The statutory auditor issued an unqualified audit report with no qualifications, no going concern issues, and no emphasis of matter.
Revenue grew but profitability declined significantly year-on-year, suggesting margin compression despite strong Q4 recovery. The dividend offer is positive for income-seeking investors, but the PAT decline of 21% may weigh on sentiment.
