Venmax Drugs Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026): Revenue from operations more than doubled to Rs 247.94 lakh from Rs 121.03 lakh year-on-year. Total revenue stood at Rs 247.96 lakh. Profit after tax rose to Rs 11.66 lakh from Rs 3.74 lakh. EPS at Rs 0.10. Auditor issued an unmodified limited review conclusion. Board also approved forfeiture of 7,80,001 partly paid convertible warrants allotted in March 2025 due to non-payment of balance subscription, retaining about Rs 39 lakh as upfront amount.
Strong revenue and profit growth signals improving business. Negative operating cash flow remains a watch point despite higher profits.
