Ventive Hospitality filed the notice of its 25th AGM on August 26, 2026 along with the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26. FY26 total income rose 24 percent YoY to Rs 26,661 Mn, with hospitality revenue up 23 percent. PAT jumped 9 times to Rs 5,019 Mn. Hospitality EBITDA grew 28 percent to Rs 12,987 Mn, with margin expansion of 300 basis points to 37 percent. TRevPAR rose 10 percent to Rs 25,332. Net debt to EBITDA improved to 1.1 times. Portfolio stands at 14 hotels with 2,199 keys across India, Maldives and Sri Lanka.
