Venus Pipes & Tubes reported FY26 total income of Rs 11,784.80 million, up 23% from Rs 9,585.26 million in FY25, driven by strong growth in revenue from operations. Net profit after tax stood at Rs 1,019.62 million for FY26 compared to Rs 928.89 million in FY25, representing 9.8% YoY growth. The company declared an unmodified audit opinion with clean financials. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (5% on Rs 10 face value) for FY26, bringing total dividend for the year to Rs 1 per share. Statutory auditors Maheshwari & Co. issued an unmodified opinion. An exceptional item of Rs 4.58 million was recorded due to Labour Code changes (reversal of Rs 1.87 million excess provision). All convertible warrants were fully converted to equity shares during the year.
The stock shows healthy revenue growth of 23% YoY with PAT growth of 9.8%. The dividend yield is modest given the small dividend per share. Clean audit with unmodified opinion is positive. Strong revenue momentum but PAT growth lagged revenue growth, possibly due to input costs.
