Standalone quarter ended 30 September 2026 versus 30 September 2025: revenue from operations rose 12.6% to Rs 361.05 crore, while profit after tax fell 1.5% to Rs 26.02 crore. EBITDA margin before other income, interest, depreciation and tax eased to 14.3% from 16.1%. The board declared a Rs 0.50 per share interim dividend and allotted Rs 371.99 crore of preferential shares on 27 October 2026. Prior figures were regrouped and recast.
Revenue growth did not lift profit and margins narrowed. The dividend helps income; the share issue changes the share count and per-share metrics.
