Venus Remedies posted strong Q2 FY26 standalone results. Revenue rose 13.5 percent YoY to about INR 192.65 Cr; net profit jumped 107 percent to INR 19.24 Cr. H1 revenue grew nearly 20 percent to INR 329.78 Cr with PAT up about 126 percent at INR 30.95 Cr. Operating cash flow nearly tripled to INR 79.78 Cr. However, auditor flagged material uncertainty over German subsidiary Venus Pharma GmbH (net worth eroded by INR 132 lakh) and stuck share application money of about INR 2,860 lakh.
Strong profit growth is positive, but the going-concern flag on the German subsidiary and large stuck investment are real risks investors should watch closely.
