On the reaction day the stock moved 7.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 7.4 pts less than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2026. Standalone half-year revenue rose 20.6% to Rs397.55 crore and net profit rose to Rs5.49 crore from Rs3.37 crore. Auditors did not qualify the results but highlighted Rs28.60 crore of funding to Venus Pharma GmbH awaiting share allotment. It faces financial difficulties and reported a Rs5.84 crore loss.
Growth is positive, but the German unit's loss, pending share allotment and planned support raise recovery and execution risks for shareholders.
