Veranda Learning's consolidated revenue from operations rose 41.5% YoY to about Rs 149.5 crore in Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 2026), driven by strong growth in commerce and government test prep segments. Profit after tax surged to Rs 33.9 crore from Rs 5.9 crore a year earlier. EBITDA stood at Rs 53.8 crore. Standalone PAT was a marginal loss of Rs 6.9 lakh. Auditor Suresh Surana and Associates LLP issued an unmodified opinion.
Strong YoY revenue and profit growth may lift investor sentiment. Watch the standalone softness and pending RBI CIC classification matter.
