The Board of Directors of Vertex Securities Ltd approved a Rights Issue of equity shares for an amount not exceeding Rs. 15 Crore, to be offered to existing eligible shareholders. A Rights Issue Committee has been set up to finalise key terms such as the issue price, entitlement ratio, record date, and payment schedule. The company will file a draft Letter of Offer with BSE in due course. Final terms and the record date are yet to be decided and will be communicated separately.
