Vertoz reported unaudited results for the June 2026 quarter. Standalone operating revenue rose 45.3% to Rs 2,625.92 lakh and profit rose 7.4% to Rs 164.78 lakh. Consolidated revenue grew 15.8% to Rs 8,164.07 lakh, while profit rose 13.7% to Rs 736.45 lakh. The auditor raised no review exceptions. The board approved the MD's reappointment for five years, subject to shareholder approval, appointed an internal auditor and updated governance policies. An interim dividend of Rs 0.10 per share was paid on 26 June.
Strong revenue growth and a clean limited review are positive, but slower profit growth and higher costs may limit enthusiasm; management continuity adds stability.
