On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.6 pts less than its Iron & Steel Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Vibhor Steel Tubes posted Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 293.69 cr, up 27% from Rs 230.96 cr YoY. Profit after tax, however, fell 39% to Rs 1.93 cr from Rs 3.14 cr, with margins under pressure. Board approved new wholly owned subsidiary Viyom Steel Infra, set the AGM for September 16, and raised remuneration for four related-promoter directors up to Rs 2.40 cr each, subject to shareholder approval.
Mixed: strong topline growth but shrinking profitability. Director pay hike for the promoter family needs shareholder nod at the AGM.
