Vibhor Steel Tubes posted Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 28,176 lac, up 19.3% from Rs 23,609 lac a year ago. PAT rose to Rs 142 lac from Rs 89 lac. For H1 FY26, revenue grew 11.3% to Rs 51,272 lac and PAT climbed 16.8% to Rs 456 lac. H1 EPS stood at Rs 2.40 versus Rs 2.06 earlier. Board also dissolved the IPO Committee. Results are unaudited and limited-reviewed by Ashok Kumar Goyal and Co with a clean report.
Modest revenue and profit growth for the half year; Q2 saw a sharper PAT jump off a weak base. Margins remain thin, so input costs are worth watching.
