Vibhor Steel Tubes reported its Q3 FY26 results with revenue from operations of Rs 301.50 crore, up about 22% from Rs 247.25 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue rose nearly 15% to Rs 814.22 crore versus Rs 708.08 crore a year ago. However, profitability weakened sharply — Q3 net profit fell to Rs 1.66 crore from Rs 3.43 crore, a drop of around 52%, while nine-month profit slipped about 15% to Rs 6.22 crore. Margins came under pressure as finance costs nearly doubled and raw material costs stayed elevated, squeezing operating profitability. The statutory auditor issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong revenue growth is offset by a steep fall in profits and margin compression, which may concern investors despite the topline momentum. Watch for sustained improvement in profitability and cost control in coming quarters.
