Videocon Industries Limited has informed the Exchange about Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process

Videocon Industries has informed stock exchanges that the 58th meeting of the consolidated Committee of Creditors (CoC) for Videocon Industries and 12 other Videocon group companies will be held on February 16, 2026. The company has been under a consolidated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since NCLT orders in June 2018 and August/September 2019. The meeting will follow the standard rules under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Abhijit Guhathakurta of Deloitte India continues to serve as the Resolution Professional for all 13 companies. This is a routine procedural update, not a new development in the resolution process.
No new actionable information for shareholders — the insolvency process has been ongoing since 2018 and this is simply a notice of the next creditor meeting. The stock remains under CIRP, and any meaningful outcome (resolution plan approval, liquidation) would come from this or future CoC meetings, not from this intimation itself.
