Vidhi filed its Q2 and H1 FY27 call transcript. Q2 revenue rose 82% to INR136.5 crore, with low-margin spot trading; EBITDA rose 49.2% to INR26.4 crore and profit after tax rose 66.9% to INR17.6 crore; profit margin was 12.9% versus 14.1% year ago. H1 revenue was INR282.8 crore and profit after tax INR34.7 crore. Management expects H2 to match or slightly beat H1 on current orders. Dahej expansion of INR75-85 crore targets FY28 start-up.
