Vijaya Diagnostic Centre reported strong Q4 FY26 results with its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs 219.4 crore, up 26.6% YoY. Full-year FY26 revenue crossed Rs 800 crore at Rs 814.2 crore, growing 19.5% YoY and delivering a 16.5% CAGR over five years since listing. EBITDA grew 38.7% YoY in Q4 to Rs 95.5 crore with margins expanding by 379 basis points to 43.5%, while PAT rose 37.5% to Rs 47.9 crore. Volume growth was broad-based with total tests up 18.5% and footfall up 15.8% in Q4. The company plans to add 4-5 hubs and 10-12 spokes in FY27 along with a fully automated laboratory in Hyderabad.
Strong quarterly performance with margin expansion and robust volume growth signals healthy execution and market share gains, which should be positive for the stock given the company's outperformance versus its 15% long-term revenue guidance.
