Vijaya Diagnostic Centre reported strong Q3 FY26 results, with standalone revenue from operations rising about 22% year-on-year to Rs. 19,308 lakhs (vs Rs. 15,771 lakhs in Q3 FY25). Standalone profit after tax grew roughly 31% YoY to Rs. 4,421 lakhs, lifting the 9-month PAT to Rs. 12,566 lakhs (up about 23% from Rs. 10,250 lakhs a year ago). On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue was Rs. 20,521 lakhs and PAT was Rs. 4,318 lakhs, with 9M revenue and PAT at Rs. 59,483 lakhs and Rs. 12,505 lakhs respectively. Standalone basic EPS for the quarter stood at Rs. 4.30. Statutory auditors B S R & Co issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results, and no exceptional items were recorded this quarter.
Strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profits, coupled with an expanded operating margin and a clean audit report, is a positive signal for shareholders. However, prior-period figures have been restated to factor in the merger of subsidiary Medinova, so like-for-like growth should be read alongside the restatement note.
