Vijaya Diagnostic Centre reported strong Q1 FY26 results. Standalone revenue from operations rose ~22.8% YoY to ₹17,484.50 lakhs (vs ₹14,242.32 lakhs in Q1 FY25), while standalone profit after tax grew ~33% to ₹3,838.94 lakhs (vs ₹2,886.31 lakhs). Consolidated revenue grew ~20.4% YoY to ₹18,805.31 lakhs with consolidated PAT up ~22.5% to ₹3,858.90 lakhs. Basic EPS (standalone) improved to ₹3.74 from ₹2.82. No exceptional items were recorded in the quarter. The Board also granted 2,500 additional ESOPs at ₹780 per share under the ESOP 2018 plan and appointed M/s. Balaramakrishna & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY26–FY30. The statutory auditor (B S R and Co) issued an unmodified limited review report.
