Vijaya Diagnostic Centre reported its Q2 FY26 (quarter ended September 30, 2025) unaudited financial results. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations rose to ₹201.56 crore in Q2 FY26 from ₹182.95 crore in Q2 FY25, while H1 FY26 revenue reached ₹389.61 crore versus ₹339.17 crore in H1 FY25. Profit after tax for Q2 FY26 stood at ₹43.28 crore (EPS ₹4.21) and for H1 FY26 at ₹81.87 crore. On a standalone basis, Q2 FY26 revenue was ₹189.35 crore and H1 FY26 revenue was ₹366.08 crore, with H1 PAT at ₹81.45 crore. Separately, the scheme of amalgamation of its subsidiary Medinova Diagnostic Services Limited with Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, sanctioned by NCLT Hyderabad on October 13, 2025, became effective on November 4, 2025 (appointed date: April 1, 2024). Share exchange ratio fixed at 1 Vijaya share for every 22 Medinova shares, with record date of November 25, 2025. Comparatives have been restated to reflect the merger from the beginning of the previous year.
The merger consolidates Medinova's operations into Vijaya, simplifying the group structure. Comparable revenue and profit growth has been healthy, though much of the prior-period comparison benefits from restated figures that now include Medinova. Existing shareholders will see marginal dilution (~171,792 new shares for Medinova minority holders). Near-term stock reaction may hinge on growth sustainability post-merger integration rather than the headline numbers.
