On the reaction day the stock moved 4.9 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Viji Finance received in-principle approval from BSE and NSE to issue 12.75 crore warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares of Re. 1 each. Price set at not less than Rs. 2.80 per warrant, including Rs. 1.80 premium. Warrants will be allotted to non-promoter persons on preferential basis.
Potential dilution as 12.75 crore warrants can convert to equal number of equity shares, expanding total share count.
