On the reaction day the stock moved 1.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Viji Finance allotted 1,50,00,000 equity shares (Re 1 face value) at Rs 2.80 each on conversion of warrants. Two non-promoter holders (Kunal D Sanghvi HUF and Ashik D Sanghvi HUF) paid the balance 75 percent, totaling Rs 3.15 crore, to convert their warrants. Paid-up capital rose from Rs 20.6 crore to Rs 22.1 crore. Shares are subject to SEBI lock-in rules.
Minor dilution as 1.5 crore shares added to equity base; non-promoter warrant conversion completed with capital boost.
