Viji Finance's Preferential Allotment Committee on July 10, 2026 approved allotment of 1,86,00,000 equity shares (face value Re 1) at Rs 2.80 per share, including Rs 1.80 premium, to 3 non-promoter warrant holders. This follows conversion of warrants for which the balance 75 percent price of Rs 2.10 per warrant was received, totalling about Rs 3.91 crore. Paid-up equity capital rose from Rs 17.29 crore to Rs 19.15 crore, or 19.15 crore shares. Allottees are Ashokkumar Shantilal Jain (36 lakh shares) and two HUF entities holding 75 lakh shares each. Seven warrant holders still hold 3.95 crore warrants pending conversion.
Share count rises to 19.15 crore, causing dilution. New shares are under lock-in. 3.95 crore more warrants pending conversion may dilute further.
