Viji Finance Preferential Allotment Committee approved conversion of 3,04,00,000 warrants into equity shares at Rs. 2.80 each (face value Re. 1, premium Rs. 1.80). 9 non-promoter allottees paid the balance 75% of about Rs. 6.38 crore.
