AGM extension sought due to pending NCLT order on resolution plan approval

Vikas WSP has filed an application with the Registrar of Companies seeking a 3 month extension to hold its AGM for FY ending March 31, 2026, from the original deadline of 30 September 2026. The reason given is the pending order of the NCLT Chandigarh Bench on approval of the resolution plan submitted by the successful resolution applicant, which is reserved but not yet pronounced. The company has been under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process since February 2022. ROC approval for the extension is awaited.
