Vikas WSP Limited, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since February 2022, informed that the NCLT Chandigarh hearing for approval of its Resolution Plan was adjourned. The matter was originally listed for 19th August 2025 but could not be taken up due to unavoidable circumstances and administrative constraints at the Tribunal. The hearing has now been rescheduled to 3rd September 2025. The company's affairs remain under the control of Resolution Professional Mr. Darshan Singh Anand, appointed by the NCLT.
