Vikran Engineering's 18th AGM covered FY26: revenue up 36.4 percent to Rs.1,249 Crore, PAT up 17.9 percent to Rs.92 Crore. Order book reached Rs.6,496 Crore (Solar 62 percent, Power T&D 28 percent, Water and Railways 10 percent). Q1 FY27 saw EBITDA margin up 24 percent YoY and PAT up 210 percent YoY. NOPL Solar acquisition (969 MW portfolio) confirmed with project cost of Rs.4,200 Crore and debt of Rs.2,800 to Rs.3,150 Crore. Twelve resolutions tabled including final dividend of Rs.0.18 per share and approval to issue debt securities up to Rs.1,000 Crore.
Strong FY26 results and more than doubled order book boost growth visibility. Proposed debt securities up to Rs.1,000 Crore may raise leverage.
