Viksit Engineering Ltd, which was under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since December 2023, has submitted its audited annual results for FY25. Revenue from operations was nil (vs ₹139.64 lakh last year) as the company had no regular operations, with only ₹1.01 lakh of other income. Total expenses of ₹171.93 lakh (driven by ₹66.35 lakh finance cost and ₹76.21 lakh other expenses) pushed the loss before tax to ₹(184.40) lakh, nearly double the ₹(95.28) lakh loss in FY24. Net worth is deeply negative at ₹(285.63) lakh versus ₹(101.12) lakh a year earlier, and cash has shrunk to ₹10.67 lakh. The resolution plan approved by NCLT in February 2025 was implemented, and management control was formally handed over to the new promoters on 25 July 2025. The auditor issued an unmodified opinion but flagged going concern doubts due to continuous losses, eroded net worth and absence of regular operations.
Shareholders should note that despite the CIRP resolution and new management takeover, the FY25 numbers are weak — zero revenue, a sharply wider loss, and negative net worth. The auditor's going concern emphasis adds caution, though the resolution plan and promoter change could set the stage for a future operational restart.
