Vinayak Polycon International reported a 6% decline in annual revenue to Rs 1,989.98 lakhs from Rs 2,117.09 lakhs in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) fell sharply by 77% to Rs 5.18 lakhs from Rs 22.48 lakhs. Q4 FY26 itself reported a net loss of Rs 5.85 lakhs versus profit of Rs 9.24 lakhs in Q4 FY25. The company issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion confirming no qualifications. Cash flow from operations turned negative at Rs 8.73 lakhs compared to a positive Rs 230.76 lakhs in the previous year. Borrowings nearly doubled to Rs 340.24 lakhs from Rs 178.74 lakhs. EPS for the year dropped to Rs 0.17 from Rs 0.73.
The sharp decline in profitability, negative operating cash flow, and rising debt levels signal operational stress. Despite a clean audit, the financial performance is significantly weaker year-on-year, which could concern shareholders and lenders.
