On the reaction day the stock moved 6.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 7.3 pts less than its Tea & Coffee peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved increasing borrowing, asset-charge, and loan and investment limits from Rs 500 crore to Rs 1,000 crore each. It also approved raising up to Rs 325 crore through shares and eligible debt or convertible securities, including a placement to qualified institutions. Shareholder approval will be sought by postal ballot.
The limits may support expansion, but added debt can increase financial risk and equity fundraising can dilute existing shareholders. The final route and pricing are not yet set.
