Vintage Coffee and Beverages Limited reported its unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025), approved at the board meeting on November 3, 2025. Consolidated total revenue grew strongly to Rs 31,252 lakhs in H1 FY26 from Rs 23,964 lakhs in H1 FY25, a growth of about 30%, while Q2 FY26 revenue rose roughly 60% year-on-year to Rs 16,446 lakhs. Consolidated profit after tax for H1 FY26 stood at Rs 618 lakhs (up from Rs 485 lakhs, a ~27% increase), with basic EPS of Rs 0.48 versus Rs 0.40. The company also raised approximately Rs 192 crores through issuance of shares, which significantly boosted total equity to Rs 525 crores on a consolidated basis. Statutory auditor S. Bhalotia & Associates issued an unmodified limited review opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The strong revenue and PAT growth, along with a meaningful equity raise, signals business expansion, but the negative operating cash flow (Rs -1,890 lakhs consolidated) suggests profitability is not yet translating into cash generation, which is something investors should watch closely.
