Vinyl Chemicals posted Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 169.48 crores, up 15.8% YoY. Nine-month revenue rose 4.5% to Rs. 472.60 crores. However, Q3 PAT fell 9.8% to Rs. 4.52 crores, and nine-month PAT declined 21.3% to Rs. 11.85 crores on higher purchase costs. EPS for nine months was Rs. 6.46 versus Rs. 8.21 last year. Board recognised Labour Code impact of about Rs. 1.86 crores in employee expenses. Limited review report by Mehul Gada and Associates is unqualified.
Higher revenue but compressed margins and lower PAT signal cost pressures. Nine-month EPS down over 21% may weigh on near-term sentiment.
