Vinyoflex Ltd reported FY2026 results with revenue from operations declining to Rs 4,023.13 Lakhs from Rs 4,782.66 Lakhs in FY2025, a drop of approximately 16% year-on-year. Despite the revenue decline, the company improved profitability with PBT growing to Rs 428.66 Lakhs (up from Rs 346.65 Lakhs) and PAT at Rs 321.02 Lakhs (up from Rs 258.30 Lakhs), representing about 24% PAT growth driven by cost efficiencies and lower raw material costs (Rs 2,745.86 Lakhs vs Rs 3,094.64 Lakhs). Finance costs reduced significantly to Rs 2.79 Lakhs from Rs 7.58 Lakhs. The Balance Sheet remains healthy with total equity of Rs 3,601.67 Lakhs and cash & cash equivalents of Rs 442.81 Lakhs. However, operating cash flow turned negative at Rs -79.95 Lakhs for the year, a deterioration from positive operating cash flows previously. The statutory auditors issued an Unmodified Opinion, and there were no going concern concerns raised.
Revenue decline of ~16% is a concern, though strong profit growth and healthy balance sheet provide support. Negative operating cash flow is the key risk for shareholders to monitor, as it may pressure liquidity despite decent profitability.
