On the reaction day the stock moved 4.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.0 pts less than its Plastic Products - Consumer peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

VIP Industries has stopped selling products under the Carlton brand from June 1, 2026, complying with a Supreme Court order in its trademark dispute with Carlton Shoes Ltd. The company had been allowed to sell off existing Carlton inventory until May 31, 2026, and says it has sold substantially all of it by that date. VIP Industries states there is no material financial impact on the company from this discontinuation.
VIP loses the right to use the Carlton brand, but management says no material financial hit. Watch for any revenue shift to other brands.
