Vippy Spinpro's board, meeting on 11 November 2025, approved standalone unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY26. Total Comprehensive Income for H1 FY26 stood at Rs. 683.22 lakhs, up about 31.6% from Rs. 519.16 lakhs in H1 FY25. Profit before tax for H1 FY26 was Rs. 949.06 lakhs versus Rs. 707.02 lakhs a year ago, a growth of roughly 34%. Q2 FY26 standalone PBT was Rs. 390.39 lakhs. The statutory auditor R.S. Bansal & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) Limited Review Report with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter. On the balance sheet, total assets grew to Rs. 15,050.31 lakhs from Rs. 13,080.06 lakhs in March 2025, while total borrowings rose as current borrowings nearly doubled to Rs. 2,498.78 lakhs to fund the Dewas unit expansion (total project cost Rs. 5,902.90 lakhs).
Strong headline profit growth of around 30%+ in H1 is a positive signal for shareholders, but the sharp jump in short-term borrowings and very weak operating cash flow (just Rs. 124 lakhs in H1 versus Rs. 2,930 lakhs for the whole of FY25) suggests the company is stretching its balance sheet to fund the ongoing capacity expansion — worth watching closely.
