Vipul Organics reported audited standalone FY25 revenue of Rs. 162.80 crore, up ~8.5% from Rs. 150.08 crore in FY24. Standalone profit after tax rose ~34% to ~Rs. 4.80 crore (from Rs. 3.58 crore), with EPS at Rs. 2.71 vs Rs. 2.09. Q4 FY25 revenue grew ~10% YoY to Rs. 44.09 crore, though Q4 standalone PAT dipped to Rs. 0.75 crore from Rs. 1.07 crore. The Board recommended an 8% dividend (Re. 0.80 per share) pending shareholder approval. Statutory auditor J.A. Rajani & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. A new Secretarial Auditor (T.F. Khatri & Associates) was appointed for FY26, and a Rs. 20.34 crore rights issue (42.37 lakh shares at Rs. 48/share) was completed on April 8, 2025. Operating cash flow shrank sharply to just Rs. 62 lakh (vs Rs. 486 lakh in FY24).
Full-year profit growth above 25% and a dividend declaration are positives for shareholders, while a ~34% jump in trade receivables and weak operating cash flow despite higher profits, along with the dilutive rights issue, are points to watch for the stock price.
