Vipul Organics, a BSE-listed specialty chemicals company in pigments and dyes, announced its Q3 FY2025-26 results. Total revenue stood at Rs. 46.38 crore, up 11.65% year-on-year and 16.92% quarter-on-quarter. Profit after tax (PAT) came in at Rs. 1.86 crore, growing 27.89% YoY and 2.33% QoQ, with EPS at Rs. 1.10 versus Rs. 0.90 in Q3 last year. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue rose 3.82% to Rs. 123.73 crore while PAT jumped 35.17% to Rs. 4.94 crore. Management said the Capex cycle is nearly complete and expects benefits to flow from upcoming quarters, with the water membrane division also showing early traction.
Strong double-digit YoY PAT growth of nearly 28% and improving margins signal healthier profitability, likely viewed positively by shareholders; however, modest revenue growth of 11-12% YoY suggests top-line momentum is still moderate.
