On the reaction day the stock moved 1.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.5 pts more than its Software Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved up to 2 crore convertible warrants at Rs 28 each, above the regulatory floor price, to raise up to Rs 56 crore in cash. Vivo Bio Tech Limited, a promoter-group entity, will receive 1.6 crore warrants, and IT Peer Technologies LLC 40 lakh. Each warrant converts into one Rs 10 share within 18 months; unexercised warrants lapse and the paid amount is forfeited. Shareholders will vote at the November 15, 2025 EGM.
Cash injection could strengthen the company, but warrant conversion will increase share count and dilute existing holders; shareholder approval is pending.
