Allottees: ICICI Prudential SmallCap Fund (10.93 lakh shares, 3.04% post-issue), ICICI Prudential Retirement Fund-Hybrid Aggressive Plan (2.98 lakh shares, 0.83%), and Clarus Capital II (2.98 lakh shares, 0.83%). Paid-up capital rises to Rs 35.94 crore across 3.59 crore shares. Shareholders had approved this at the EGM on September 24, 2026.
