The Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified (clean) opinion from Price Waterhouse & Co. Standalone FY25 revenue rose marginally to Rs. 1,540.8 crore (from Rs. 1,520.5 crore), but net profit collapsed sharply to just Rs. 14.38 lakh versus Rs. 2.53 crore last year. On a consolidated basis, the company slipped into a net loss of Rs. 3.01 crore (vs. a profit of Rs. 86 lakh in FY24), dragged by losses in its subsidiaries Visaka Green and Atum Life. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 (25%) per share on equity shares of Rs. 2 face value. The 43rd AGM is scheduled for July 30, 2025, with June 27, 2025 fixed as the record date. Additionally, cost auditors were reappointed, GMR & Associates were appointed as secretarial auditors for 5 years (FY26–FY30), and Mr. B. Raghavaiah was appointed as President (Group HR & Administration).
Revenue is stable but profitability is severely weak—consolidated results moved into a loss, which is a negative signal for shareholders. The small dividend (25%) is positive for income seekers, but the steep earnings drop may weigh on the stock in the short term.
