Visaka Industries posted Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 324 cr, up 5.4% YoY. H1 revenue rose 8.6% to Rs 829 cr. Net profit for H1 swung to Rs 44 cr vs a loss of Rs 5.6 cr last year, boosted by an exceptional gain of Rs 36.7 cr from sale of Ahmedabad land. Q2 standalone net loss narrowed to Rs 8.2 cr from Rs 16 cr YoY. Auditor Price Waterhouse gave an unmodified opinion.
H1 profit lifted by one-time land sale; core operations improved with revenue growth and narrower Q2 loss.
