Board approved audited Q2 and H1 FY26 results (standalone and consolidated). Q2 standalone revenue rose about 5 percent YoY to Rs 323.99 crores but the company posted a net loss of Rs 8.19 crores. H1 FY26 standalone net profit was Rs 44.18 crores, including an exceptional gain of Rs 36.74 crores from sale of Ahmedabad land. Without this one-time gain, underlying profit was thin. Price Waterhouse gave an unmodified audit opinion.
Quarterly loss and heavy reliance on one-time land sale for headline H1 profit may worry investors. Underlying operations remain weak.
