Vishal Fabrics Ltd reported standalone revenue of Rs 1,602.11 crore for FY26, up 5.82% from Rs 1,513.93 crore in FY25. Standalone profit after tax grew 35% to Rs 321.78 crore from Rs 238.38 crore. The auditor gave an Unmodified Opinion with no qualifications. The company converted 5 crore share warrants into equity shares during the year and holds 3 associates (Chiripal Textile Mills, Nandan Industries, Quality Exim) consolidated from April 2024. Operating cash flow dropped sharply to Rs 2.93 crore from Rs 107.59 crore, mainly due to a Rs 121.51 crore increase in trade receivables. Borrowings reduced significantly from Rs 1,054.87 crore to Rs 578.56 crore.
Strong bottom-line growth with 35% PAT increase is positive, though the sharp drop in operating cash flow warrants caution as it signals working capital stress. The significant debt reduction and equity warrant conversion improve the balance sheet structure.
