Vishal Fabrics' board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025). Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 397.17 crore from Rs. 339.92 crore in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 17% year-on-year. Standalone profit after tax jumped sharply to Rs. 8.08 crore from Rs. 4.78 crore, while consolidated profit (including share from three associates) climbed to Rs. 9.16 crore from Rs. 4.79 crore. Standalone EPS improved to Rs. 0.39 from Rs. 0.21. EBITDA margin (PBT + finance cost + depreciation) edged down to around 7.2% from 7.9%, indicating mild cost pressure. During the quarter, the company converted 1.19 crore warrants into equity shares, raising paid-up equity capital to Rs. 104.77 crore. Auditor SVJK and Associates issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong profit growth and higher share of associate earnings are positives for shareholders, though slight EBITDA margin compression and the recent warrant conversion (dilution) are mild watchpoints. Overall, a healthy operational quarter with no adverse audit observations.
