Vishal Fabrics' board, which met on February 10, 2026, approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Standalone Q3 revenue from operations rose about 5% year-on-year to ₹423.70 crore, but profit before tax slipped roughly 24% YoY to ₹10.78 crore, with PAT almost flat at ₹7.78 crore. For the nine-month period, standalone revenue grew about 11% YoY to ₹1,253.96 crore while PAT jumped nearly 30% to ₹24.67 crore, benefiting from a lower tax outgo. On a consolidated basis (including share of profit from three associate companies), nine-month PAT after associates grew about 23% YoY to ₹26.71 crore. Statutory auditor SVJK and Associates issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Mixed picture for shareholders: Q3 saw margin compression as raw material and finance costs climbed faster than revenue, dragging PBT down sharply despite a small PAT uptick. However, the strong 30% nine-month standalone PAT growth and clean auditor report provide a cushion, and the stock may react with limited volatility given the offsetting signals.
